Closing Your Account
To close your account, please call 281-339-1634 or come by our Office 4302 12th Street to request that your account be terminated.
Information required: forwarding address for final bill or refund check, current daytime phone # and the date you desire service to end.
** RESIDENTIAL DEPOSITS ARE APPLIED TO FINAL BILL WHEN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED OUT AND THEN, THE DIFFERENCE IS REFUNDED BY MAIL AT THE FIRST OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH, DEPENDING ON CLOSE OUT DATE.
**NO PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE 19th WITHOUT CALLING THE OFFICE FIRST
Payments made and not reported to the office with confirmation number will be subject to Cut-Off. If your water has been dis-connected. Service will not be re-connected with out confirmation number.
